摘要
探索Y2O3掺杂对55ZnO40B2O35SiO2玻璃黏度及成玻能力的影响,采用同步热分析仪(DSC)、热膨胀仪、高温旋转黏度计和傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)等测试方法研究了Y2O3掺杂量对55ZnO40B2O35SiO2玻璃的特征温度、热膨胀系数、黏度和玻璃结构的影响。通过动力学脆性指数的计算推断Y2O3掺杂对玻璃成玻能力的影响。适量的Y2O3掺杂可以增大55ZnO40B2O35SiO2玻璃黏度以及成玻能力,降低玻璃的热膨胀系数和脆性指数,这主要是由于Y2O3掺杂对55ZnO40B2O35SiO2玻璃结构的影响所致。
In order to explore the effect of Y2O3 on viscosity and glass forming ability of ZnO-B2O3-SiO2 glass,the characteristic temperature,thermal expansion coefficients,viscosity and structure of ZnO-B2O3-SiO2 glass doped with different amount of Y2O3 were studied by the differential scanning calorimeter,dilatometer,rotational viscometer and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.The glass formation ability of Y2O3 doped zinc borosilicate glass was assessed on the basis of calculated kinetic fragility index.The results suggested that the appropriate amount of Y2O3 can increase the viscosity and glass formation ability,reduce the thermal expansion coefficients and kinetic fragility index,which due to the variation of glass structure caused by doping of Y2O3.
