摘要
权利与义务相应,不是一个单纯的逻辑关系,而是权利内在系统在社会系统中的运行状态,是不同主体权利在一定时空坐标中所发生的解构与重构关系及其量比关系。揭示这一问题有助于科学揭示权利与义务的发生关系和社会结构的形成模式,运用相应性所具有的方法论调整主体行为,推动和谐社会关系与秩序建设。
Respective rights and obligations,are not a mere logical relationship,but a running state that the inherent system of rights is in the social system,and is the deconstruction and reconstruction of the relationship between certain rights of different subjects that occur in space-time coordinates and ratio relationships. Disclosing the question is helpful reveal occurrence relationships of rights and obligations and formation patterns of social structure. The methodology of correspondence is uesd to adjust the subject behavior,and promote the harmonious social relations and order construction.
