摘要
以玉作喻,玉人对玉璞的切磋琢磨,变顽石为美器,正如建筑师对建筑的思考推敲,变制约为创造。以减法手法创作的浙江省电力大楼方案结合基地形状,以长方形为母体,根据几个主要景观面的环境应力对母体进行切挖,组织良好景观的同时,减少东西向用房并增加建筑的“可呼吸面”,从而达到节能和塑造人性化空间的目的。在立面处理上运用了网格化的处理手法,创造了强烈的形式感。
