摘要
目的 :通过检测血浆 5 羟色胺 (5 HT)水平 ,初步探讨儿童孤独症的生化病理机制。 方法 :采用放射免疫方法定量检测 5 4例儿童孤独症患儿 (病例组 )及 2 6名健康儿童 (对照组 )的血浆 5 HT水平 ,并作比较。 结果 :病例组的血浆 5 HT水平显著高于对照组 ,但与疾病的严重程度无明显相关。 结论 :提示高 5 HT可能是儿童孤独症生物学标志。
Objective:To explore the pathophysiological mechanism of childhood autism determined by the level of plasma serotonin (5-HT). Method:Plasma levels of 5-HT were measured with radiational immunization assay (RIA) in 54 patients with childhood autism and compared with these in 26 healthy controls. Results:Plasma level of 5-HT was significantly higher in autism than in controls. Conclusion:High level of plasma 5-HT may be a kind of biologic index in childhood autism.
