摘要
幼儿在原始班级中身份角色的固化会影响其社会化进程和个性发展,通过班级内有目的分组、混班编组、混龄编组等方式打破原有的班级组织结构,重构幼儿的活动与交往环境,可以有效促进幼儿在规则遵守、自主选择、游戏交往、自我获得感等方面的发展。为提升幼儿在其中的同伴互动体验,优化其群体角色,教师还应注意进一步完善游戏规则,激发幼儿活动自主性,并为幼儿的社会交往提供条件支持。
The solidification of children’s group role in class will influence their socialization process and personality development. Breaking the structure of original class and reorganizing the class can promote the children to follow the rules and communicate with others in play,make the choice indepen dently,and get the sense of self-acquisition. In order to expand the children’s contact space,the teacher should perfect the game rule and stimulate the children’s autonomy.
