摘要
随着我国教育体制改革的不断推进和教学资源的不断积累,高校体育类学生无论是在数量还是在发展方向上都迅速扩增,呈现出多元化、复合化的发展趋势。体育类专业作为我国繁盛体育事业、推动全民健身和丰富人民业余体育文化生活的重点培养对象具有独特的教学模式和管理方法。体育类专业学生的思维方式、行为特征以及心理素养通常具有较强的个性化特征,所以在对体育类专业学生进行教育管理时要紧扣个体性差异和一般性特征,综合调动学校资源、家庭资源和社会资源,为实现体育类学生的个性解放和全面发展奠定坚实的基础。
With the constant reform on Chinese educational system and continuous accumulation of teaching resources,both the numbers and development directions of college students in PE major have expanded rapidly,showing a diversified and compound development trend. The thinking way,behavior characteristics and psychological quality of sports majors generally have strong personalization features. Therefore,the author suggests that we should stick closely to students' individual differences and general characteristics in teaching management,comprehensively motivate college resources,family resources and social resources,and lay a solid foundation for realizing individual liberation and comprehensive development of sports majors.
