摘要
本文从人文、地理及社会变革的视角,考察了俄罗斯农村学校的现状和存在的问题,系统介绍了俄罗斯政府对农村学校实施结构改革的设想和操作模式,并在分析其必要性和合理性的基础上,对我国农村教育改革中存在的类似问题进行探讨。
This article examines the present situations and the existing problems from the standpoint of humanity, geography and social changes, and introduces systematically the program envisaged by the Russian government and the operating pattern of carrying out the reform of rural schools' structure. Then on the basis of analyzing the necessity and rationality, the author reflects upon the problems alike in Chinese rural education reforms.
