摘要
本文对欧洲十五个国家近期人力资本收益率的研究方法和成果进行了评述,包括数据采编、模型构建、变量定义与控制、估计工具选择以及对人力资本收益率的定性评价等,希望能对我国人力资本收益率研究有重要的借鉴和参考价值。
This paper presents a literature review of rates of return to human capital in 15 European countries. It consists of three sections: first, four methodological issues are discussed, i. e. data set, model specification, variable definition and estimation bias; second, estimated results of rates of return to education and work experience are summarized; finally, some implications are listed for Chinese researchers who conduct relevant studies.
