核受体PPARs与动脉粥样硬化

摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖激活受体 (PPARs)是配体激活转录因子 ,存在 3种亚型 ,在多种细胞组织内广泛分布。动脉硬化的特征性变化之一是巨噬细胞源和平滑肌源泡沫细胞在内皮下大量聚集 ,血脂代谢障碍和免疫因素是及其重要的病理生理变化。近年来研究发现 ,PPARα、PPARγ也在血管壁的多种细胞中表达 ,在其配体作用下 ,抑制某些致病基因的表达 。 Peroxisome proliferator activated receptors(PPARs) are ligand activated transcription factors which widely expressed in multiple cells and tissues.There are three isotypes.One of the characteristics of atherosclerosis is the accumulation of foam cells from macrophages and smooth muscle cells in the subendothelial region.Plasma lipids metabolism dysfunction and immunity is the important mechanistical basis of pathophysiology.More recently,PPARα and PPARγ are also expressed in vascular cells.PPARs activated by ligand inhibit the expression of some morbific gene and modulate the progression of atherosclerotic lesions.
