摘要
为探索犬皮肤病常见临床致病因子引起的5-羟色胺(Serotonin,5-HT,)含量变化,选择25只皮肤病患犬,酶联免疫法测定血浆5-HT含量。结果发现:螨虫与真菌混合感染、疥螨感染、耳痒螨感染、蠕形螨感染、真菌感染5-HT含量分别为77.53±1.89、60.35±7.34、45.60±2.44、37.20±5.71、35.17±1.69 pg/mL,与健康组(22.16±1.00 pg/mL)比较均差异极显著(P<0.01)。结果表明螨虫与真菌混合感染血浆5-HT含量最高,真菌感染5-HT含量最低。
In order to explore changes of 5-HT concentration in dogs which were clinically infected by mites or fungi,5-HT concentration were detected by euzymelinked immunosorbent assay in 25 dermatosis dogs. Results showed that 5-HT concentration was 77. 53 ± 1. 89,60. 35 ± 7. 34,45. 60 ± 2. 44,37. 20 ± 5. 71,35. 17 ± 1. 69 pg / mL in ployinfection of mites and fungi,sarcoptes mites infection,scab mite infection,demodicid mite infection and fungi infection,respectively. Our findings showed that 5-HT concentration in mixed infection group is the highest,but it was the lowest in fungi infection group.
