摘要
针对电网企业一次设备绝缘油取样工作中存在的问题现状,分析现有方法不能完全满足工作优化需求的原因,并探索新的解决方案,设计了一套多功能集成型绝缘油全密封取样装置。装置在确保取样密封性的基础上,可实现作业地点的优化转移,降低高处作业的安全风险。另外,装置独创性的工器具集成收纳设计以及废油实时收集功能设计,可有效提高工作效率,符合绿色、环保的电网发展理念。通过对不同取样方法所得样品的色谱分析试验比对,验证了该全密封取样装置能有效防止绝缘油中氢气等特征组分的逸散,确保了试验结果的真实与准确。
Aimed at the problems existing in the sampling of insulating oil for power equipments in power grid enterprises,the reasons that the existing methods cannot fully meet the requirements of spot work was analyzed,and explored a new solution.A multi-functional integrated full-sealed sampling device for insulating oil was designed.On the basis of ensuring the sealing of sampling,the optimal transfer of operation site was realized and the safety risk of operation at high altitude was reduced.At the same time,the device'original integrated design of industrial appliances,and waste oil real-time collection function design,can effectively improve work efficiency,in line with the green,environmental protection concept of power grid development.In addition,by comparing the chromatographic analysis tests of samples obtained by different sampling methods,it was verified that the fully sealed sampling device can effectively prevent the escape of H2and other characteristic components in insulating oil,and ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the test results.
