摘要
文章认为,在全球化背景下,旧的国际关系范式越来越不适应国际体系和国际秩序的转型需要。新型国际关系理念着眼于近年来中国与外部世界关系的深刻变化,凸显了面对全球重大问题的中国智慧与中国方案,代表着国际关系的前进方向。构建新型国际关系需要着眼于全球治理变革,加强相关国际制度建设,通过打造全球伙伴关系扩大参与主体;谋求发展与安全诸领域协调、均衡发展,不断拓展新的实践领域与方式。在中国特色大国外交架构下,上合组织、'一带一路'倡议、亚投行等机制成为构建新型国际关系的重要平台。
Under background of globalization,the old pattern of international relations is not any more match the needs of transformation of international system and order.Based on the profound changes of the relations between China and the rest of the world,the ideas of new type of international relations indicate the progressive directions of international relations and reflect Chinese wisdom and proposal on major global issues.We should focus on global governance reform and construct the related international institutions to build new type of international relations,attract more participants by construction of global partnership network,pursue the balanced development among economy,security and other fields,Continuously expauding new practical fields and forms.Under the framework of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics,SCO,the Belt and Road Initiative,and AIIB have being important platforms of promoting new type of international relations.
