摘要
考虑某铁路钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋架设施工中出现的拱轴线实测偏差,利用MIDAS/CIVIL有限元软件,建立桥梁空间有限元计算模型,依据设计规范限值要求,计算该桥结构的受力和变形,检算其成桥状态下的弹性稳定性,探讨拱轴线施工偏差对拱桥后续施工和运营安全的影响.计算结果表明:在目前的拱肋线形状态下,拱轴线偏差对该桥后续施工的变形、应力结果影响很小,对桥梁结构的安全基本没有影响,结构的受力性能和变形满足设计要求,可以不调整拱轴线,进行后续施工;运营阶段,钢管拱肋全截面受压,压应力最大值为-109 MPa,除拱脚局部外,钢管混凝土拱肋中的上弦和下弦混凝土全截面受压,结构的受力性能、变形和稳定性满足设计要求,该钢管混凝土拱桥结构安全.
Aiming at arch axis deviation during the erection of arch rib in tied arch bridge of a special railway,using bridge specific analysis software,considering arch axis construction deviation,the finite element model of bridge space beam element is established.According to the requirements of design specifications,the stress and deformation of the bridge structure are analyzed in detail.Then,the elastic stability is checked and the construction deviation of the arch axis is evaluated.At last,the influence of the construction deviation of arch axis on the subsequent construction and operation safety of the structure is given.In the present state of the arch rib alignment,the analysis shows that the deviation of the arch axis of the bridge has no influence on the safety of the subsequent construction and operation of the bridge.And the mechanical properties and deformation of the structure meet the design requirements.
