摘要
国际产能合作是中国在新的时代背景下提出的一种国际经济合作模式,也是中国推动"一带一路"建设的重要举措。文章对中国与西亚国家开展产能合作的基础条件进行研判,认为经贸关系深化、产业互补性较强及对外直接投资增长迅速,为产能合作提供了基础和必要条件。在合作模式上,通过对不同国家要素禀赋及产业比较优势分析,提出与不同国家可分别采取能源互补型、资源互补型和技术互补型三种不同的合作模式。
The international cooperation on production capacity is China's new model of international cooperation in the new era and also an important measure for China to implement"Belt and Road"initiative. Advancing the cooperation on production capacity between China and Western Asian countries is of strategic importance for China to deepen the cooperation with West Asian countries and ensure the supply of energy resources. This paper, analyzing the foundations of the cooperation based on trade status, industry complementarities and China's direct foreign investment to Western Asia, found that the trade is deepening, industries are complementing and direct foreign investment is increasing, which means that the two sides have the basis and required conditions for the international cooperation on production capacity. It proposed three modes of cooperation, namely commentary in energy, complementary in resources and complementary in technology, in light of individual advantages between China and Western Asian countries.
