摘要
本文介绍了石墨电极用防氧化涂料的特性、防氧化机理、使用方法及应用效果。使用防氧化涂料可降低石墨电极消耗10％以上。电极夹和炉顶之间的电极表面为防氧化涂料的最有效使用区。并且对石墨电极用防氧化涂料今后的研究和发展提出了建议。
The behaviour, usage and applied effectiveness of oxidation resistant coatings for graphite electrode were reviewed. Electrode consumption is reduced by over 10% when using the coatings. The most effective area of coatings is on the electrode surface between the clamp and the roof line.
