2009—2013年邳州市手足口病流行病学特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in Pizhou City, 2009-2013

摘要 目的了解手足口病在邳州市的流行病学和病原学特征,为制定手足口病防控策略提供科学依据。方法对邳州市2009—2013年手足口病发病资料采用描述流行病学方法进行统计和分析。结果 2009—2013年全市共报告手足口病病例2 601例,年平均发病率29.29/10万。发病高峰为4—7月,占病例报告总数的71.90%。男女性别比为1.96∶1,发病年龄主要为5岁以下儿童,占病例报告总数的97.81%,其中又以3岁以下婴幼儿发病率为最高。职业以散居儿童为主,占92.50%。5年内引起邳州市手足口病流行的主要病原体为肠道病毒71型,占病原学检测阳性数的79.76%。结论手足口病发病具有明显的性别、年龄和季节性差异,应加强病原学监测和重点人群的防控。 Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD) in Pizhou City, so as to provide the evidence for formulating the HFMD control and prevention strategies. Methods The data obtained from the China disease monitoring information management system from 2009 to 2013 were collected and ana-lyzed by using the descriptive epidemiology method. Results A totally of 2 601 HFMD cases were reported in Pizhou City from2009 to 2013 with the annual average incidence of 29.29/100 000. The incidence peak period was from April to July. The ratio of male to female was 1.96:1 and the patients under the age of 5 years accounted for 97.81%. The incidence in the age group of 0-3 years was the highest and the scattered children accounted for 92.50% of the total infections. Among the laboratory confirmed cases, the predominant pathogens were EV71 that accounted for 79.76%. Conclusion The characteristics in the sex, age and season were significant among HFMD incidences, and it is essential to strengthen the etiological monitoring of HFMD and prevention and control in focus groups.
