摘要
目的对比Vitapex根管充填与空管疗法对乳牙根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法选取2008年4月至2012年12月就诊于本院口腔科的138例206颗乳牙根尖周炎的病例,随机分成A、B组。A组用Vitapex糊剂,B组用空管药物作根管充填。术后1年复诊,比较其疗效。结果术后1年A组成功率明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论 Vitapex糊剂是较好的乳牙根管充填材料,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the efficacy of Vitapex root canal filling and ATC therapy in the treatment of apical periodontitis in primary teeth. Methods A total of 206 primary teeth with apical periodontitis in 138 patients were included in the study from April 2008 to December 2012. These cases were randomly divided into Group A and Group B. Group A were treated with Vitapex paste and Group B were treated with ATC therapy as root canal filling. All the cases were reviewed in one year postoperatively and the clinical outcomes were assessed. Results Group A had a higher success rate of 95.4%(100/105) compared with group B of 84.2%(85/101), one year postoperatively, which was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Vitapex paste is a promising filling material for primary teeth periodontitis with high effectiveness in clinical practice.
