摘要
乳房植入体相关性间变性大细胞淋巴瘤(BIA-ALCL)与乳房植入体有很强的相关性。BIA-ALCL可能会表现出与乳房相关的特殊皮肤改变。BIA-ALCL最有效的治疗方法是乳房植入体及其周围的纤维囊彻底切除,大多数患者预后良好。对BIA-ALCL正确的认识和及时诊断能够防止病情进一步发展。全文就乳腺癌术后、乳房整形术后植入体相关的BIA-ALCL的相关性皮肤特征,以及发病机制、治疗策略和预后进行探讨。
Breast implant associated-anaplastic large cell lymphoma(BIA-ALCL)is a special type of T-cell lymphoma.Patients with BIA-ALCL may present specific breast skin changes.The complete surgical removal of the implant and total capsulectomy are effective treatment for BIA-ALCL and most patients have a favorable clinical outcome.Correct diagnosis and timely treatment of BIA-ALCL can prevent further development of the disease.This article summarizes the clinical manifestations,pathogenesis,prognosis and treatment strategy of BIA-ALCL related to breast reconstruction following total mastectomy.
