摘要
随着乳腺癌患者对形态要求增高及外科技术的发展,保留乳头乳晕的乳房切除术联合Ⅰ期或Ⅱ期乳房重建,可最大限度地切除肿瘤并维持乳房外观。但是,其安全性一直广受争议,手术适应证也未完全明确,亟须进一步探讨。
Nipple-areola complex sparing mastectomy combined with stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ breast reconstruction can maximize the resection of the breast tumor and maintain the breast appearance. To meet patients’ higher expectation and with the development of surgical technique,this form of surgery has been increasingly applied. However,its safety has been widely disputed,and the indications have not been fully defined,so it is need to be further studied.
