摘要
对于少见组织学类型的原发性乳腺癌,由于它们独特的本性,在临床实践指南中并没有提及,从而给临床医生在治疗方案制定上带来很大挑战,包括腋窝分期、手术方式、辅助治疗以及告知患者疾病的预期病程和预后。全文回顾一系列少见类型原发性乳腺癌的病案报道和发表的文献,为这些少见的原发性乳腺癌患者提供一定的治疗依据。
Because of their unique nature and rare histological features,the rare types of breast cancer are not presented in clinical guidelines. This has brought challenges for clinicians,in terms of axillary staging,surgical treatment,and adjuvant therapy,as well as informing patients about the disease course and prognosis. In this article,we reviews the published case reports and literatures of rare types of primary breast cancer to provide a basis of treatment planning for patients with rare types of breast cancers.
