摘要
聚丙烯易烯性限制更广泛的反用。通常添加氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、卤锑阻燃剂提高聚丙烯的阻燃性。但阻燃剂与聚丙烯不相容性通常导致力学性能的降低。本文综述了本实验室近几年阻燃聚丙烯高性能化的结果,提出增容技术是提高阻燃聚丙烯阻燃功能和力学性能的一种有效方法。
Polypropylene (PP) materials have been widely studied. However, the usefulness of PP can be limited by its high flammability. Reducing the inherent flammability of PP is normally achieved by incorporating fire retardant additives (FR), such as brominated compounds in combination with antimony trioxide synergists, certain hydrated inorganic compounds such as aluminum hydroxide, Al(OH)3, and magnesium hydroxide, Mg (OH)2. Generally, there is a lack of adhesion between PP and fire retardant additives due to large surface energy differences, resulting in a loss in the mechanical properties. The technique for improvements in flame retardance and mechanical properties of PP/FR has been investigated in the paper.
