摘要
主要针对系统中行为信息不完全,企业中的人事管理运行机制不明确等问题,运用灰色系统一维情况来建立控制模型。该模型具有需要的原始数据较少、精度高等特点,而且操作简单易行。市场需求量是一个明显的灰色系统,用该方法进行预测,能比较精确地描述客观事物的发展变化,并可预测其变化规律,以便供决策部门参考。结果表明该模型预测值与实际值的拟合程度较好,达到了较高的精度。
In view of the incomplete behavior information in system,and indeterminacy of the personnel management system in enterprise, a control model is set up using fuzzy gray system. It needs only a few original data, and gives high accuracy in results. Moreover, it is easy for people to use this method. Since market requrement is a gray system, using this model can describe development of objective things preciser in order to provide a referrence for decision-making department.The result show that the model corresponds more to practicality and attains high precision.
