摘要
目的探究分析经皮腔内血管成形术(PTA)联合血管内支架治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(PAD)疗效观察。方法选取福建医科大学附属宁德市医院心内科2016年4月至2018年3月收纳治疗的PAD患者76例作为研究对象,将其分为2组,每组38例。对照组患者实施常规保守治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施PTA联合血管内支架进行治疗,对比分析2组患者的治疗效果,不同时间段随访ABI以及并发症发生率。结果观察组有效率92.11%(35/38)高于对照组的68.42%(26/38),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访调查后发现,观察组的踝肱指数(ABI)总体优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在并发症发生率13.16%(5/38)低于对照组的42.11%(16/38),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于PAD患者行PTA联合血管内支架治疗后成效显著,可有效改善患者的ABI,提高治疗效率,临床上具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA) combined with endovascular stenting in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(PAD). Methods 76 patients with PAD admitted to the Department of Cardiology, Ningde Hospital, Fujian Medical University from April 2016 to March 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 38 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional conservative treatment, while patients in the observation group were treated with PTA combined with endovascular stent on the basis of the control group. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 92.11%(35/38) higher than that of the control group(68.42%(26/38), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the follow-up survey showed that the ankle brachial index(ABI) of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 13.16%(5/38). It was lower than that of the control group(42.11%)(16/38), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion PTA combined with endovascular stent therapy for PAD patients has a significant effect, can effectively improve the patient’s ABI, improve the efficiency of treatment, clinical significance.
