摘要
目的探讨采用植皮、大隐静脉高位结扎术联合点式勾出术治疗巨大下肢静脉淤积性溃疡的临床效果。方法自2014年1月至2014年12月,采用植皮、大隐静脉高位结扎术联合点式勾出术治疗12例(12条患肢)下肢巨大淤积性溃疡患者。结果所有患者手术均获得成功,平均住院时间12 d,后随访6~12个月,未出现复发及其他严重并发症。结论植皮、大隐静脉高位结扎术联合点式勾出术治疗下肢静脉性溃疡安全有效,复发率低,术后美观,大大缩短患者住院时间,值得推广。
Objective The purpose of this paper is to investigate the clinical effects of treating in extensive venous stasis ulcer with skin-grafting, high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with spot-denudation. Methods From January 2014 to December 2014, we treated 12 patients(12 legs) whom were diagnosed as varicose vein with extensive venous stasis ulcer, treated with skin-grafting, high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with spot-denudation. Results All patients were successfully cured. In the 6-12 months following-up, recrudescence and serious complication never occurred. Conclusions The treatment of the skin-grafting, high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with spotdenudation to the venous stasis ulcer is safe and effective. It also brings an artistic appearance, low recurrence rate and greatly shorten the length of hospital stays. It is worthy of promotion.
