摘要
目的探讨血管介入治疗剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠临床效果。方法选取剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠患者80例,均为内蒙古民族大学附属医院2012-05至2015-05收治,随机分组,就刮宫术治疗的患者(对照组,n=40)与子宫动脉栓塞术与甲氨蝶呤清宫术联合治疗的患者(观察组,n=40)治疗效果展开对比。结果观察组选取的剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠患者治愈率为100%,对照组患者治愈率为65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术中出血量、子宫内包块消失时间、平均住院时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组血清β-HCG呈正常恢复的时间无差异(P>0.05)。两组均无严重并发症,体温均有程度不等的升高,经补液、抗感染后恢复正常。结论针对剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠,采用血管介入辅助治疗,具较高安全性,损伤小,可保全子宫,缩短住院时间,对保障患者生存质量意义显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the vascular interventional curing the cesarean section patients with scar pregnancy.Methods 80 cases of cesarean section patients with scar pregnancy admitted in our hospital from 2012-05 to 2015-05 were chosen for this study.Dividing them into groups by random.Comparing the effect of curettage treatment(control group,n=40) and Uterine artery embolization treatment combined with Methotrexate(control group,n=40).Results Cases of the cesarean section patients with scar pregnancy curing rate is 100%.The control group's rate is 65%.The differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Intraoperative blood loss,disappear time of the womb bag piece and average hospital stay of the observation group are less than the control group(P<0.05).Normal serum beta HCG recovery time of the two groups has no difference(P>0.05).There were no serious complications in the two groups.However,all of the two groups' patients' temperature was at a varying high degrees.Their condition returned to normal level after rehydration and anti-infection.Conclusion In terms of the cesarean section patients with scar pregnancy,making use of the treatment of vascular interventional can improve patients' safety,leave them small injuries,save their uterus,shorten hospitalization time and do a remarkable significance to guarantee patients' quality of life.
