摘要
采用紫外吸收检测,毛细管电泳分离,研究了九种苯胺及其衍生物在毛细管区带电泳(CZE)体系和胶束电动毛细管色谱(MECC)体系中的行为特征。讨论了缓冲溶液的浓度与pH、胶束浓度及混合胶束等在不同体系中对分离组分的影响,发现在CZE体系中,控制分离的主要因素是pKb值;在MECC体系中,控制分离的主要因素是溶质分子中碳原子数。建立了一种分离测定九种苯胺及其衍生物的高效毛细管电泳方法。
The capillary electrophoretic behaviors of aniline and its derivatives were studied and the process of their separation and determination by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) system and by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MECC) system both with ultraviolet (UV) detection were described. The effects of the pH values and the concentration of the buffer solution, which was used as carrying solution, the micellar concentrations and the constituents of micellar mixtures on the separation of the anilines in these two different systems were also studied in detail. It was found that the main factor affecting the separation of anilines by the CZE system was the p K _b values of the solutes in the solution and the main factor affecting the separation by the MECC system was the number of carbon atoms of the solute molecules. Based on these findings a method of high performance capillary (electrophoresis) was established for the separation and determination of 9 anilines.
