采用小试块 ,进行 14 2 0铝锂合金形变热处理工艺、组织及性能研究。结果表明 ,形变热处理锻块的力学性能比自由锻造锻块、锻后淬火锻块的力学性能有较大提高 ,其力学性能为σb4 90MPa,σ0 .2 310MPa,δ12 .2 % ;其微观组织为较均匀的再结晶组织上分布着第二相δ′(Al3 Li)、β′(Al3 Zr)、T(Al2 MgLi) ;其拉伸断口为典型的沿晶
The technology of thermomechanical heat treatment, the microstructures and properties with small sample blocks of the 1420 Al-Li alloy have been studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of thermomechanically treated forgings have a greater increase than that of free-forged ones and quenched ones after forging, and their mechanical properties: σ b 490MPa, σ 0.2 310MPa, δ 12.2%, and their microstructures are uniformly recrystallized and the microstructures are distributed with the secondary phases such as δ′(Al 3Li)?β′(Al 3Zr)?T(Al 2MgLi); And also their tensile fracture cuts emerge in a kind of typically grain boundary-following fracture+elongation nest fracture.
