一种引燃式泡沫灭火弹设计

摘要 介绍一种引燃式泡沫灭火弹的结构和工作原理,阐述引发器、灭火弹壳体等主要零部件及泡沫灭火剂的设计过程。进行A类火灭火试验,10s内灭火弹作用,达到0.5A灭火级别;进行B类火灭火试验,10s内灭火弹作用,达到34B灭火级别。进行环境适应性试验,包括高温储存、低温储存、震动、2m跌落,产品性能无明显变化,未出现发火及结构损坏。结果表明,引燃式泡沫灭火弹设计合理,适用于扑灭A类和B类火灾。在生产、运输、贮存和使用过程中安全可靠,灭火效果显著。 Structure and working principle of a foam fire extinguishing bomb was introduced.Designing process of foam fire extinguishing agent and main parts including initiator and bomb shell were presented.The fire extinguishing bomb activated in10 sin class A fire tests and the bomb reached fire rating 0.5A.The fire extinguishing bomb activated in 10 sin class B fire tests and the bomb reached fire rating 34 B.Results showed that the fire extinguishing bomb was designed reasonably and the product performance did not have obvious changes in environmental adaptability tests including high-temperature storage,low-temperature storage,vibration and 2 m drop tests.The product could be fitted during production,transportation,storage and applied process for its remarkable fire extinguishing effect.
