摘要
建立了轴系合理校中方案设计的Riccati传递矩阵法模型,并通过与应变片检测技术相结合形成了船舶轴系状态参量综合分析方法,该方法不受轴系艉轴承数量和轴系边界条件的限制,在轴系便于设置测点位置测取断面弯矩,进而推算出各个轴承的负荷等状态参量。轴系试验台计算与测试结果表明,该方法数值稳定,分析精度高,是研究船舶轴系合理校中问题的有效方法。
An Riccati transfer matrix model of alignment for marine shafting is erected, and a comprehensive analysis method is established by comprising the Riccati transfer matrix model to strain measurement technique in this paper. This method is not restricted by the number of bearings of stern tube and shafting boundary conditions. By measuring some beading moments of marine shafting which are easy to be measured, the state parameter such as bearing loads etc. of shafting can be caculated by this method. The shafting alignment for a test bed is calculated, and the results of the measurement done on the test bed show that this method yields better accuracy, higher stability. Therefore it is an effective method for research on the problem of marine shafting alignment.
