摘要
通过对浙江省21所高校就业指导工作现状的问卷调查,发现目前高校大学生就业指导存在着机构不全、队伍不齐、内容安排不够丰富、方式方法过于简单、指导对象仅限于毕业生等问题。为此,应进一步加强对大学生就业指导工作的重视,构建科学的、专门化的大学生就业指导体系,提高就业指导的实效。
Through investigations of present employment guidance in 21 universities in Zhejiang province, some problems are found existing in organization, guidance contents and methods %etc%. In order to solve these problems, this paper suggests that we must pay attention to employment guidance and establish scientific and specialized system of it.;
