摘要
WTO的透明度原则要求各成员方迅速公布其贸易法律规章和措施,并保证其贸易法律规章和措施的统一实施。中国作为WTO的成员之一,其立法和实践将受到WTO透明度原则的深刻影响。
It is required by the transparency principle of WTO that every WTO member publicize its trade policy and regulation and the implementation be in conformity with WTO rules. This principle plays an important role in enabling WTO members to follow every obligation under WTO rules, preventing trade discrimination and ensuring fair trade. As a new member state of WTO, China will certainly be under the deep impact of this rule in terms of its legislation and the implementation of these legislations.
