摘要
目的建立翼核果中的翼核果素及翼核果醌-Ⅰ的含量测定方法,对翼核果素及翼核果醌-Ⅰ抗氧化活性进行初步评价。方法采用HPLC对翼核果药材中的翼核果素及翼核果醌-Ⅰ的含量进行测定,并进行方法学考察;通过测定翼核果素及翼核果醌-Ⅰ对DPPH自由基的清除能力,以半数清除浓度(IC50)值作为评价清除DPPH自由基能力的指标。结果翼核果药材中翼核果素及翼核果醌-Ⅰ的含量分别为0.56%,0.10%。2种成分清除DPPH自由基的IC50值分别为1.13,1.63 mg·mL^(-1)。结论 2种成分的定量分析方法分离度良好,重复性好,抗氧化方法简便、快捷,为翼核果的深入研究提供了实验依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous determination of ventilagolin and ventiloquinone-Ⅰfrom Ventilago leiocarpa Benth and to evaluate DPPH free radical scavenging for the anti-oxidant activity.METHODS HPLC method was used to determine the content of ventilagolin and ventiloquinone-Ⅰand methodologically inspected.Taking IC50 as the evaluating criterion of scavenging capability by determining the DPPH free radical scavenging rate of ventilagolin and ventiloquinone-Ⅰ.RESULTS The contents of ventilagolin and ventiloquinone-Ⅰwere 0.56%and 0.10%.The DPPH free radical scavenging capability of IC50 were 1.13,1.63 mg·mL-1.CONCLUSION The method has good separation and good reproducibility.The method is convenient and rapid,as well as provide an experimental to intense research of Ventilago leiocarpa Benth.
