摘要
目的建立便秘颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC测定制剂中芍药苷的含量。色谱柱:Polaris 5u C<sub>18</sub>-A柱（250×4.6mm）,流动相:乙腈-水（17:83）,检测波长:230nm。结果芍药苷含量测定的线性范围为200<sup>1</sup>000ng（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为98.82%,RSD为2.32%。结论本法简便,准确,可用于便秘颗粒的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a mathod for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Bianmi Granules.METHOD HPLC was used to identify the contents of paeoniflorin.Polaris 5u C_(18)-A column and acetonitrile-water(17:83) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 230 nm.RESULTS The liner range was 200~1000ng(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 98.82%,RSD was 2.23%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and available for the quality control of Bianmi Granules.
