磷酸肌酸钠与维生素C联合治疗小儿心肌炎的临床分析

摘要 目的分析磷酸肌酸钠联合维生素C应用于小儿心肌炎的治疗效果。方法在我院2016年1月-2018年10月治疗小儿心肌炎患儿中选取68例,并严格按照随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,各34例。其中对照组予以磷酸肌酸钠治疗,观察组予以磷酸肌酸钠与维生素C联合治疗,观察对比两组患儿心肌酶水平和治疗效果。结果治疗两组患儿心肌酶水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组心肌酶水平低于对照组,且对照组总有效率为73.53%;观察组总有效率为94.12%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以小儿心肌炎患儿磷酸肌酸钠联合维生素C进行治疗效果显著,有效降低心肌酶水平,有效改善心肌功能,值得临床推广。
