摘要
"一带一路"倡议下,沿线国家的进出口商品呈现暴发式增长,与此同时,产品质量也出现了一些新问题和新挑战,假冒伪劣所涉及的商品种类多、进出口渠道复杂、以及行政处罚及责任追究难以落实等,进出口商品的监管所面临的形势更加严峻。本文就"一带一路"倡议下的打击假冒伪劣问题进行探讨,以期为严格履行打假职能、落实进出口产品质量监管、提升进出口产品质量、提高打假工作效能等提供参考。
Under the Belt and Road initiative,the number of import and export commodities of the countries along the route have increased,meanwhile,some new problems and challenges for the product quality appeared.The supervision on the import and export commodities are facing to a severe situation.There are various kinds of goods and import and export ways for the forged and fake commodities,and it is difficult to implement for the administrative penalty and responsibility investigation.This article has discussed on the issue of cracking down on the fake and inferior under the Belt and Road initiative in order to provide some references for strictly implementing the anti-counterfeit,implementing the quality supervision on the import and export commodities,promoting the quality of the import and export commodities and promoting the anti-counterfeit efficiency.
