摘要
对带有双自复位热断路器水壶的100次"非正常工作"测试进行介绍,分析目前采用手工测试的缺点,提出研究自动化测试设备的必要性和技术方案,总结研制该设备的关键技术和成果,并提出后续技术改进意见,为进一步提高水壶该项目测试的规范性、准确性提供参考。
To further improve normalization and accuracy about the testing of 100 cycles abnormal operation for kettles incorporating two self-resetting thermal cut-outs, this paper introduce the testing items, analyze the defect of manual testing, propose the necessity and technical protocols of researching automatic testing equipment, summarize key technique, advise improvement suggestions.
