基于三维扫描技术的矩形隧道衬砌质量检测方法及结构性态响应分析 被引量:6

摘要 衬砌变形数据是掌握衬砌结构工作状态,预判隧道稳定安全的重要依据。文章利用三维扫描技术,快速获取衬砌原始点云数据,通过数据后处理开发管片制作精度、拼装精度质量检测方法以及施工阶段全截面监测方法。工程实践证明,通过三维扫描能高质量获取衬砌管片三维尺寸数据,迅速形成衬砌内轮廓点云模型;能高效提取衬砌任意点位随时间的变化;结合数值模拟亦可开展施工过程中衬砌内表面力学性态响应程度分析。基于三维激光扫描的管片质量检测以及隧道衬砌变形监测具备全面、安全、高效的优势,对于衬砌结构力学性能研究以及隧道施工风险管控是一种十分有效的技术手段。 The deformation data of lining is an important basis for mastering the state of lining and predicting the stability and safety of the tunnel.Using 3 D scanning,point clouds of linings were obtained.By post-processing,new segments quality detection techniques of fabrication accuracy and assembly precision were developed as well as fullface monitoring method at the construction stage was studied.The engineering practice showed that high-quality dimensional data of lining can be acquired to quickly form the model of lining contour by 3 D scanning.The deformation of any region on the lining with time can be picked up effectively and the response analysis of the inner surface of lining under construction states can be successfully carried out combined with numerical simulation.The quality detection and measurement based on the 3 D scanning has the advantages of full-field measuring with fast speed,safety,and high efficiency.Therefore,it is a quite effective method for conducting research of lining mechanical behavior and controlling the tunnel risk.
