摘要
文章以宁波市轨道交3号线类矩形盾构隧道工程为背景,在总结以往双圆盾构和单圆盾构设计经验的基础上提出,类矩形盾构隧道的密封垫设计应满足防水设防要求,且应具备高扯断强度和较低闭合压缩力的特点;在对防水沟槽进行优化的基础上,对2通种密封垫设计方案进行了防水试验对比分析;并根据闭合压缩力试验结果对相关的拼装参数进行了研究。
In this paper,taking the quasi-rectangular shield tunnelling of Ningbo Metro line 3 as an example and combining with the design experiences of Double-O-Tube(DOT) shield and single-circular shield,it is suggested that the seal gasket of quasi-rectangular shield tunnel shall be designed according to the waterproofing requirements and have the characteristics of low compressive force for closure and high breaking strength.Besides,two design schemes are compared through a waterproofing test on the basis of groove optimization and relevant erection parameters are researched based on the results of compression test.
