摘要
目的探讨一种方便经济的颧弓骨折外固定手术方法,为临床提供一种简便的手术途径。方法对2015年3月-2018年12月我科就诊的10例颧弓骨折病例,采用改良吸氧面罩外固定装置于颧弓复位手术后进行牵引外固定1～2周,观察骨折愈合,开口度恢复,面型恢复状况。结果 10例患者中,9例获得良好的面形与功能恢复,1例骨折复位欠佳,出现术后感染,后治疗恢复,无任何功能影响。结论自制改良吸氧面罩外固定器辅助治疗颧弓骨折,操作简便,经济实用,对功能及颧面部外形恢复均能达到满意效果,具有临床推广意义。
Objective To explore a simple and economical external fixation method for zygomatic arch fracture and provide a simple surgical approach for zygomatic arch fracture. Methods Ten cases of zygomatic arch fracture from March 2015 to December 2018 were treated with modified oxygen mask external fixator for traction external fixation for 3 to 4 weeks after reduction of zygomatic arch. The healing of fracture, the recovery of opening degree and the recovery of facial shape were observed. Results Of the 10 patients, 9 had excellent recovery of facial shape and function, 1 had poor reduction of fracture, had postoperative infection, and recovered after treatment without any functional impact.Conclusion The self-made modified oxygen mask external fixator is simple, economical and practical for the treatment of zygomatic arch fracture. It can achieve satisfactory results in functional recovery and zygomatic facial shape recovery, and has clinical popularization significance.
