摘要
针对单轴圆振筛在多个偏心块激振情况下,偏心块的质量、不同初相位角、主轴转速、弹簧刚度系数、阻尼系数等会对单轴圆振筛产生较大影响的实际情况,考虑空间中的筛体六个自由度的运动,建立数学模型,并基于MATLAB/SIMULINK进行了仿真分析,着重分析了偏心块质量和初相位角对扭摆运动的影响。
Aiming at an actual situation where when single axis circular motion vibrating screen vibration is excited by a plurality of eccentric blocks,the mass of eccentric block、different initial phase angles、the speed of spindle、the stiffness coefficient of spring、damping coefficient、etc will have great influence on the single axis circular motion vibrating screen,at the same time considering the movement of screen body with six degrees of freedom in 3D spaces,a mathematical model was established,simulation analysis was carried out by MATLAB / SIMULINK,and the effect of eccentric blocks mass and exciting forces' initial phase on the torsion pendulum movement were mainly analyzed.
