杂质对乙炔气体分解爆炸的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究杂质对乙炔气体发生分解爆炸的影响,在工况条件下对纯乙炔及加入部分常见杂质(如微量氧气、硫化氢、铁锈、氮气、空气等)后乙炔的放热、最小点火能、燃爆参数进行了实验研究。结果表明,氮气对乙炔爆炸分解具有减缓和抑制作用;氧气、硫化氢、铁锈对乙炔爆炸分解具有不同程度的促进作用;微量空气中氧气对乙炔爆炸分解的促进作用远高于氮气的抑制作用。 In order to study the effect of impurities on the decomposition and explosion of acetylene gas,several common impurities,such as trace oxygen,hydrogen sulfide,rust,nitrogen and air are added into pure acetylene at working conditions.Then the exothermic,minimum ignition energy and flammability parameters of acetylene with those impurities are studied by means of VSP2 calorimeter,minimum ignition energy tester,high temperature and pressure explosion limit tester,and other instruments.The results show that nitrogen has a slowing and inhibiting effect on explosion and decomposition of acetylene;oxygen,hydrogen sulfide and rust have different degrees of promoting effect on explosion and decomposition of acetylene;the promotion effect of oxygen in trace air on explosion and decomposition of acetylene is much higher than that of nitrogen in trace air.
