摘要
HAZOP分析在危害分析、提高可操作性和改进设计质量中具有重要作用。提出三阶段分析方法,实质上涵盖工艺、设备和变更三个方面的HAZOP分析,旨在确保HAZOP分析的完整性,同时将HAZOP分析理念扩展到现场布置分析和联锁危害识别上,扩展了其理念和方法的运用范围,经过多年实践和探索,取得较好效果,为全面控制项目风险和对HAZOP方法的运用进行了探讨和积累经验。
It is well known that HAZOP analysis plays an important role in hazard analysis,increasing plant operability and design quality improvement.However,the project process is relatively complicated and is carried out in stages.To ensure the integrity of project HAZOP analysis,this paper proposes a three-stage analysis method,which essentially covers HAZOP analysis in three aspects of process,equipment and changes.Meanwhile,HAZOP analysis philosophy is extended to spot layout analysis and interlock hazard identification,extending the application scope of its philosophy and method.After years of practice and exploration,good results have been achieved,and exploration and experience accumulation have been carried out for the comprehensive control of project risks and the extending application of HAZOP method.
