摘要 通过两步丝网印刷法制备柔性温度传感器,选择聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为柔性基底,分别以石墨(FG)、炭黑(CB)以及碳纳米管(CNT)为导电填充材料,研究不同导电填充材料与分散剂质量分数对复合材料温敏性的影响。结果表明,FG/PDMS和CB/PDMS复合材料呈现正电阻温度系数(TCR)。FG/PDMS复合材料低导电填充时用作温度阈值报警器,高导电填充时用作柔性温敏材料。当炭黑/环己烷质量比从1/2降为1/3时CB/PDMS复合材料的温敏区间增加,更重要的是TCR的线性度提高。相反,CNT/PDMS复合材料呈现负TCR。10%填充质量分数时,TCR达到0. 002 1 K-1,线性度高达99. 36%,可用作精密柔性温敏材料。 Flexible temperature sensors are prepared successfully via a two-step screen printing method by using polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)as flexible substrate,and flake graphite(FG),carbon black(CB)and carbon nanotubes(CNT)respectively as conductive fillers.The effects of conductive filling material types and dispersant concentration on the temperature sensitivity of composites are investigated.Results suggest that both FG/PDMS and CB/PDMS composites exhibit positive temperature coefficient of resistance(TCR).FG/PDMS composite with low FG dosage is suitable for temperature threshold alarm while that with high FG dosage can be used as a flexible temperature sensitive material.When the mass ratio of CB to cyclohexane decreases from 1/2 to 1/3,temperature sensitive range of CB/PDMS composite expands,and more importantly,the linearity of TCR increases significantly.In contrast,CNT/PDMS composite exhibits a negative TCR.CNT/PDMS composite with 10 wt%CNT shows a TCR of 0.002 1 K-1 and a linearity of99.36%,and thus it is expected to be applied as high-precision flexible temperature sensitive material.
