摘要
汽轮机作为工业驱动装置,其稳定运行对整个生产系统至关重要。如果蒸汽品质出现问题,通流部分及叶片出现结垢,严重影响机组出力。文章主要剖析了结垢形成现象、判断,介绍了叶片结垢的典型处理对策,并剖析其优缺点,为汽轮机叶片结垢处理对策选择提供参考。
As an industrial driving device,the steady operation of steam turbine is very important to the whole production system.If there is any problem with the quality of steam,scaling will occur in the flow passage part and blade,which will seriously affect steam turbine efficiency.This paper mainly analyzes the phenomenon and judgment of scale formation,introduces the typical treatment countermeasures of blade scaling,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages,providing references for selection of steam turbine blade scaling treatment countermeasures.
