摘要
针对河南心连心化肥有限公司四分公司氨冷冻装置运行中出现的氨压缩机后置冷却器出口温度突然降低与氨压机干气密封系统供气中断问题,进行理论分析,并找出问题出现的原因,然后进行针对性的技术改造和操作优化,使问题得到了解决,实现装置的长周期稳定运行。
Aiming at the temperature sudden drop of ammonia compressor rear cooler outlet and gas supply interruption of the ammonia compressor dry gas sealing system during the operation of ammonia refrigeration unit in fourth branch of Henan Xinlianxin Fertilizer Company,through theoretical analysis,reasons for the problems are found out.Then targeted technical retrofit and operational optimization are carried out,so that the problems are solved,realizing long-term stable operation of the plant.
