摘要
本文通过对国内化肥企业普遍使用的固定层煤气发生炉运行过程中存在的主要危险因素及潜在的风险进行分析,并对工艺安全操作要点进行总结,指出了只有掌握煤气炉的主要危险因素及工艺安全操作要点,才能实现其高产低耗、安全运行的目的。
This paper analyzes the main risk factors and potential risks in the operation of fixed-layer gas generators commonly used by domestic fertilizer enterprises,and summarizes the key points of process safety operation.It points out that only mastering the main risk factors and process safety operation points of gas stoves,can the purpose of high production,low consumption and safe operation be realized.
