变换原料气预热器换热效果变差原因分析

摘要 随着系统负荷不断增加及设备运行时间的增长,变换原料气预热器逐渐表现出管程阻力大、换热效果变差等迹象。通过对系统运行工况、流程等进行分析,发现1#气液分离器存在超负荷的情况,进而导致原料气预热器结垢加速。通过技术改造降低其负荷后,原料气预热器结垢问题得到了有效控制。 With the continuous increase of system load and the increase of equipment running time, the shift feed gas preheater gradually shows signs of great pipe resistance and poor heat transfer effect. Through analysis of the operating condition and process flow of system, it is found that the 1# vapor-liquid separator is overloaded, which leads to scaling acceleration of the feed gas preheater. The scaling problem of feed gas preheater has been effectively controlled by technical modification of reducing vapor-liquid separator load.
