摘要
清洁度是影响产品质量的重要指标之一,为了对影响清洁度的杂质颗粒进行分级统计、成分分析以保证其可溯源性,研究了基于扫描电子显微镜和能量色散谱仪(SEM-EDS)的清洁度检测技术,结合试验对检测过程和参数选择进行优化,并对结果进行了分析。
Cleanliness is one of the important indicators affecting the quality of products,in order to classify and analyze the impurity particles determining cleanliness,the cleanliness testing technology based on SEM-EDS was presented.Combined with the experiment,the detection process and parameters were optimized,and the experiment results were analyzed.
