摘要
对精密衬环的技术要求进行了介绍,对精密衬环厚度及平行度自动检测分选机的基本功能进行了描述,在此基础上介绍了厚度和平行度的测量原理,并对自动检测分选机的各项误差进行了分析,分别分析出其中的系统误差和随机误差,同时,说明了消除或减小各类误差的方法,从而为测量精度的提高提供了途径。
The technology requirements of precision ring was introduced firstly. Then function and measuring principles of automatic detection and sorting machine for measuring thickness and the parallelism of precision ring were described. Finally,system errors and random errors of the machine were analyzed,and methods to eliminate or decrease various errors were provided so as to pave a way for improving measurement accuracy.
