摘要
目的:探究医院家庭一体化防治护理对重性精神病患者的治疗影响。方法:收治重性精神病患者98例,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组在治疗过程中予以常规护理模式,观察组在治疗过程中予以家庭一体化护理模式,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:经护理,观察组的护理满意度以及护理效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对重性精神病患者采用医院家庭一体化护理方法,有助于提升其临床治疗效果。
Objective:To discuss the influence of integrated prevention and treatment of integrated hospital home care in the treatment of severe mental illness.Methods:98 patients with severe mental illness were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups,each of 49 cases.The control group in the treatment process of conventional care model,the observation group in the treatment process to be family integrated care model.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:After nursing,the nursing satisfaction and nursing effect of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of patients with severe mental illness by using the integrated hospital home care, it is helpful to improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
